The building was beautiful and the staff were very friendly

Absolutely everything, locations, nature, facilities, pool, room, amenities... everything was as expected even beyond. Stuff was great, helpful ang welcoming, Lilly was a great host.

I loved the pool, and staffs they are really friendly and nice. Plus it was very relaxing 4 days .

Just the location it’s a bit far from the main. Sadly we did not like the massage , they did not understand English and I ended up having a headache after the massge , however the receptionist approached us and mentioned they are gonna give us some discount from the massage bill which was nice of them, but I didn’t expect them to do it.

The team (reception, cleaners, kitchen team & gardners) led by Andy who was the guest relations manager could not have been more helpful, friendly (were always smiling) and professional. The resort was exactly what we were looking for, outside of Hoian but only a 6 minute drive by Grab or taxi to the centre of old town. Breakfast was good catering to both western and Asian tastes and a great chef who made the perfect omelettes. The pool was huge and very easy to access. We did not want to leave and will definitely return.

Amazing everything. The location is gorgeous, all the staff were so friendly especially the receptionists Amma and Andy and everything is fairly priced. The breakfast buffet is delicious and has a lovely range of options and the rooms are the most comfortable I have stayed in in a hotel. Couldn’t recommend more!

Friendly staff, great food, amazing apartment, amazing pool, surroundings and location. It takes about 10 mins to the old town and 5-7mins to the beach. Very affordable in taxi’s and a free shuttle at 4.30 each day to the town, would highly recommend to anyone looking to relax!

Very little, most of the time the hotel was quiet and we had the pool to ourselves or with just a few others. There was an outside party one night and I believe the hotel hosts these regularly but it didn’t finish late, think it may just be busier at weekends as a family party of about 16 came the same day as the party so just for awareness but we had everything we needed and would go back tomorrow!

We stayed for 10 days and loved our time at Mood Hoi An. The staff were absolutely amazing. We especially want to thank Moon, Tina, Henry, David, Anna, Sunny, and Lily for making us feel so welcome. Our 13 month old got so much love and attention !

Very small detail, but the showers appeared to not be designed very well as they flooded every time we used them.

Excellent location and extremely luxurious & comfortable stay. You get all the best Hoi An has to offer. This accommodation is in the middle of the nature next to a river and rice fields, with only 5 minutes to the beach or Hoi An center by scooter / taxi. The staff is exceptionally friendly, especially Lilly who was always there to greet me and ask me if I had everything I needed. Thanks everyone for making my stay at Moodhoian the best I could wish for.
