The room was full of cockroaches, toilet was not clean , staffs not helpful

It was near to our workplace ,Rest it is not worth

There were many cockroaches in the room, and we asked them to get it clean, but they didn't have hit or anything to stop it. then we had to change another room, but the story was the same in another room as well. They dont do pest control in the hotel. Last time, they had the same story. They don't change bedding after the customer leave the hotel room. They give like that to another customer. We had to ask them to change the bedding. Bathrooms are not clean, and they don't provide proper toiletries . Towels are so old as well. Room kettles and cups are not clean for tea, and only sugar is there . No tea or milk is there . It is in all the room. We changed 3 rooms because of cockroaches and bedding in one night. They have mentioned that breakfast is available, but the breakfast they order from outside will be available after 8.30. So you have to leave a hotel without breakfast. This is a pathetic place to stay. They don't maintain the premises and prices are very high.

Location was good. Room was good. Staff was cooperative.

- Cleanliness was below average. Bathroom, fittings, Wash basin were very filthy and looked as if have not cleaned since ages! - Tap water flow at wash basin was very small and not enough at all to wash the mouth comfortably. - Bathroom door mat was very very dirty. - Breakfast options were limited. No breakfast option was available for a fasting person, not even 2-3 bananas! - Breakfast timings were limited from 8.30 to 9.30 only. - Too many phone calls and what's app messages to chase for advance payment though the booking terms say 'pay at property and property will handle payments'. - Reception staff was able to speak only "Kannada"! - The window curtain was insufficient to restrict the early morning outdoor light to avoid early getting up without good sleep. - The window sealing was absolutely improper in stopping the outside road noise all the day and night.

I like the comfort and it was clean

The vibes were not very comfortable. There was no one else who was checked in. Upon asking, the reply received was that for past one month there has been no occupancy. Not very conforting statement for a solo traveller.
