There was a significant infestation of what appeared to be German cockroaches throughout the kitchen area and the bathroom.

A wonderful hotel, quite spacious - there are many fish on the territory and we even saw a manatee (it was very interesting to watch them). Convenient check-in and check-out - without any problems and quick. - Fishy smell: present (but acceptable to me) - Noise: also moderate The advantages include: plenty of towels, toilet paper, paper towels, a dish sponge and dish soap in the room, as well as plenty of dishes. Despite the drawbacks (which are easily fixable for this hotel), I would stay here again.

Disadvantages: 1) There were no disposable toiletries in the bathroom (except for toilet paper - there was plenty of that). There was NO hand soap and no shampoo - this is a basic necessity that should be available everywhere and always (they could have also added toothpaste and disposable toothbrushes). OR at least they should warn guests that there is no hand soap. 2) There is a coffee machine (but there is no coffee in the room itself, not even single-serving packets or capsules). 3) The cleaning fee for the room was $149 (but the outside of the house – the balcony area – was covered in dust. This didn't bother me, but since they charge such a fee, they could at least provide quality cleaning). 4) no breakfast
