Tranquillité et calme !!

Mooi schoon appartement en vriendelijke mensen. De locatie is rustig en toch dicht bij het strand en de restaurant en barretjes

Er is weinig opbergruimte voor je kleding.

Het personeel was enorm behulpzaam en vriendelijk. De airconditioning in de kamer ging laat in de avond helaas stuk. Het is diezelfde avond nog gedeeltelijk gemaakt, een dag later heeft een monteur de airconditioner gemaakt. De rest van de vakantie weer heerlijk kunnen slapen. Het hotel is zeker een aanrader!

It was a modern and nice place. Swimming pool was very well maintained. It was close to beach, bars and a supermarket is at the entrance. 10mins by walk from the bus station to go to Heraklion. The staff was really kind.

Nothing about the hotel but Malia is not the best place for the beach. We had 2 big suitcases and not enough space to open it at the same time. We were at the garden view so there were some little bugs which is not avoidable. Nothing crazy but we saw 2 or 3 small spiders on the wall.

L’accueil de michalis ,le calme,la propreté de l’ensemble de l’hotel,la proximité du centre tout en étant au calme. La piscine ,le snack en livraison a la piscine .tout était parfait je recommande.

Tout simplement parfait. Emplacement dans un endroit calme, proche du centre à pied, et à 3 minutes à pied de la plage. Gentillesse incroyable de Michalis et sa famille, toujours présent pour nous répondre et nous conseiller des endroits. Les chambres et parties communes sont très propres, la piscine et l’espace transats sont vraiment agréables ! Et le grand plus : possibilité de se faire livrer des boissons et repas autour de la piscine. Devant la résidence se trouve l’épicerie/boulangerie qui permets d’acheter le petit déjeuner tous les matins. Nous recommandons à 100%!

Zuerst einmal der herzliche Empfang, das Hotel ist sehr neu und liegt sehr zentral. Wir hatten ein wunderschönes Zimmer in der obersten Etage mit einem schönen Balkon! Das Zimmer ist mit sehr viel Geschmack eingerichtet worden, schlicht modern! Tolles Bett und vor allem eine ganze tolle Matratze, ich konnte wunderbar schlafen 😴! Wir waren leider nur für eine Nacht! Eine sehr gepflegte Anlage!

Da ich nur für eine Nacht war, habe ich nur vielleicht Anregungen, es gibt eine Kapsel machine was ganz toll ist, vielleicht könnte man Milch und Zucker dazu geben!

La nostra suite era molto bella, arredata con gusto in stile moderno. Il letto grande e comodo. Estremamente gradito il pensiero di benvenuto, una bottiglia di vino locale. Gentilissimo lo staff. Molto comodo logisticamente rispetto alle attrazioni della costa nord est la di Malia. Esperienza da ripetere
