The gentleman in the gas station, who was dealing with booking, was fantastic. ABSOLUTELY NOTHING ELSE WAS LIKED.

EVERYTHING ELSE. I booked this room online. No where did it say it was a run down, ‘in current remodel’ hotel. I show up to a hotel that looks completely run down. There are no outside lights on. Junk piled in windows. No front desk worker, but rather a gas station clerk serving as attendant. (Petty, but come on.) I was informed that none of the amenities shown online were available. There was no fridge, TV, coffee pot, or microwave in the rooms. The WiFi did not work. Just a bed and toilet. The place was terrible and the booking was completely misleading. The hotel was not fit to stay in, when traveling with a child.

Instead of a hotel this was a apartament complex with people leaving in the rooms this was disgusting

My room had NO TOILET PAPER or a holder for it and no shower curtain. There also was no tv and no wifi. The registration desk is in the gas station next door and there is nothing on the property itself to indicate that. I had to kill a spider running on the floor. The room was clean except for that. This rooms have LESS THAN BASIC SERVICES. Hotels.com did not note ANY of these things!!

The price for the room was excessive especially since there was no microwave, tv, or refrigerator in the room. The room itself was full of flies and had a weird smell to it
