Nice personal property great staff

Was required to pay in cash at the property. No water in rooms. Near taxi depot and the zocalo. Breakfast was sweet breads only.

Very nice! Great attention from staff, great communication about check in and door codes. Great having a little breakfast with pastrys, juice and fruit available. Wifi was reliable, beds were comfortable, shower was hot, had a clean room, clean towels. It was very nice staying here, would highly recommend!

It was amazing, clean, comfortable, and the staff was both friendly and helpful! Great location, too (downtown). Would definitely stay again!

Perfect in center walking distance to all. The problem was the room had a sewer smell. And they couldn't do anything.

Really nice hotel, we booked 2 nights first but enjoyed the stay at the hotel and Cozumel so wee booked another 2 nights. Diego at the front desk was very helpful and nice too.

This is a super cool boutique hotel that has everything you need. The pool area has great chairs and bed like seating. You can walk to the plaza and the ferry. We will definitely stay again!

The property appears nice from pictures, but..... 1. Was not able to sleep until 4 am due to very very loud music from near by club. 2. Pool and lounge area is dirty 3. Shower and room very basic My wife and I actually paid for two nights but left after one due to conditions.

+ Beautiful new hotel Lovely pool area Safe environment Very close to the city center Very close to the ferry terminal There’s a small “breakfast” included with fruits, juice, coffee and some pastery - We had room no. 1, very close to the reception, so we would here every time they talked or even got a sms. There’s a restaurant nearby who played music all night (Saturday) Only bad thing about Illa is soundproofing.

Clean, secure, safe, comfortable. Great pool area to relax
