Very good for the price. Good deal hotel in el queiser. Walking distance from the city center. Nice beach and pool. I recommend it

I liked the family friendly atmosphere. The room was tidy, clean and comfortable.It is located in a very calm place and the night lighting is relaxing. It's also near to a swimming friendly beach. Overall I enjoyed my vacation there and the hotel was one of the reasons for that nice experience.

The location is a little far from the city so you need to book a taxi which takes a long time to arrive or walk for 25 mins to reach transportation. While the staff are overly welcoming, some of their interactions seemed fake to me.

Staff are helpful and polite and kindly treat people, quiet place, rooms clean , they are flexible in food time if you need, and you can order any food you want, gives us gifts from hotel, they prepared lunch for us as gift to eat during travel to Cairo after checking out

Food was average but not excellent. Beach is not swimmer suitable, forget the beach all together. Location is not the best thing but accepted
