"Hot water issues , not a great location"

The beds were really comfortable.

Staff were not smiling or friendly. The major reason for such a low score is there was no hot water in the bathroom. In the end they gave me a key to a different room to take a shower there but that too had no hot water ! Very frustrating they weren’t bothered to check first . Also no bathrobes so not great for room hopping for the shower ! Eventually a technician came and fixed the issue . But , we had the exact same issue next morning .
