I had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, remembering my breakfast order every morning, which made my mornings feel extra special. One of the highlights was the convenience of having a massage company connected to the hotel—both the hotel staff and the massage therapists were welcoming and professional. The location is also excellent, with easy walking access to restaurants on Bangla Road and various shopping stores nearby. Overall, it was a great experience, and I highly recommend this hotel for both the service and the convenience.

Disappointed with my stay here for many reasons. The bathroom stank of mold and I cannot see how the people who clean the room cannot smell it. Within the first 5 minutes of checking in, I just wanted to relax and recharge my phone and I could not do that because the power went out. I booked a day trip to Phi Phi island thru the hotel and it was utter chaos. Too many people and no consideration. We went from one spot to next and it was just for us to buy things and make money for the locals. Also I was not able to get the breakfast I paid for bc breakfast was at 7:30 and I had to leave before. They said they would provided it early for me but failed to follow thru. Also this place is on a busy street and noise goes on all day and night. Staff were nice but not enough for me to recommend this place to anyone.

Enjoyed my one night stay here. Bed was solid, staff was very friendly and the food in the downstairs restaurant was good. Do wish the water pressure in the shower was better, but it was nice and hot

Hotel Restaurant food was great, pizzas and pastas! Convenient to go around, massage places nearby don't have to walk long after a nice massages! btw the hotel has its own massage place too, very professional
