Excellent property for our stay in Madrid. Their communication was continuous throughout our trip beginning the moment we booked until the last day of our stay. They were helpful in reaching the hotel and check-in was a breeze and convenient. Hotel was serviced on a daily basis and was very quiet. Staff was courteous, warm and friendly. It offers WiFi and a powerful blow dryer. Hotel is located right in the center of Madrid, with numerous coffee shops and eating options. It is a short 12 min walk to the Atocha train station making it easy if visiting another city, approximately 15 min from Lavapies and 10 min from El Retiro Park. Hotel is located in a very safe and walkable area. For those that are taking a flight after check-out, are offered storage lockers at no cost making it convenient to explore the city. Overall, it was an overwhelmingly positive experience. Would unquestionably stay here again when visiting Madrid.

I Host You is a great location for visits to the Reina Sofia, Prado, and Thyssen. The hotel itself is very clean but quite spartan. Entry is by digital code and there is no desk presence; all inquires are by WhatsApp. The maids were wonderful. This hotel is a good choice for the location, and while clean it is far from cozy.

The door to the building at times was not locked. It felt unsafe. The room was well done and the bed was comfortable. There is a bit of a moldy smell. It was stuffy.

Great place for a short stay

Amazing property perfect location close to the metro and many popular attractions. Definitely recommend. Staff is friendly and very helpful. Great security system in place. Definitely would stay again.

Great location

I loved staying here, would return in a heartbeat. Close to Plaza Santa Ana, the art museums, restaurants, jazz, everything. Yet, quiet and excellent sleeping conditions. Staff were kind and other guests respectful of the quiet. Even though I was near the elevator and front door, I was never disturbed. Thank you so very much for a beautiful, relaxing visit to Madrid. I gem of a hotel in a lively area of Madrid. We were very pleased with the accommodation and the area. The clean well decorated rooms, comfortable beds, and spotless bathrooms with great showers made our brief stay perfect. There are lots of dining and entertainment options within a few blocks. We would definitely stay here again!
