Early check in if you leave the property for an excursion and come back. This meant we could go straight to bed at 6am. Great laundry service! Friendly and helpful staff!

Everything needed to be paid for by cash. The first room we got the ‘double room’ was awful, only a sheet for duvet (in winter) it was smelly etc but then when we checked back in we got a ‘twin room’ and it was so lovely! So weird the differences in there rooms

Super emplacement, le petit déjeuner est top. La chambre dispose de tout ce qu’il faut

Sehr gute Lage, einfaches aber leckeres Frühstück mit toller Aussicht, freundliches und hilfreiches Personal, sauber, Möglichkeit für Gepäckaufbewahrung und Aufenthalt in der Lobby auch nach dem Auschecken

Sehr einfaches und eher kleines Zimmer ohne Heizung (war defekt), auch sonst etwas in die Jahre gekommen

Las instalaciones

El check in es a las 2 pm, llegué a las 10:30 am por lo que tuve que esperar tres horas y media para ingresar a la habitación porque si quería ingresar un poco antes me cobraban otro cargo adicional como si fuera a usar la habitación durante una mañana entera. Me pareció súper injusto y el check in demasiado tarde por lo general es al mediodia o a las 11 am

If you want to have some luxury , this is a great place to stay. The view from the breakfast room was very nice and the man and woman who take care of the breakfast are very nice.

They did their best with additional access points to improve the internet connection, but in the whole country, internet connection is notoriously bad so it was still often very slow. That was not their fault though. But keep it in mind when you have a hotel in Bolivia.
