The rooms were super comfortable and spacious. The staff were also very attentive, especially both receptionists.

The location and the facilities. The staff were very helpful too and helped me arrange a car for a day trip.

Excelente este hotel, lo recomiendo…se encuentra muy cerca de la plaza principal, el desayuno es buenísimo, limpieza a 100, habitaciones cómodas, amplias, la verdad que lo recomiendo mucho.

Well situated with someone on reception throughout the day & into the evening.

The room was extremely cold - we advised that the gas heater was not functioning properly after night one, a lady accompanied us from reception to look & got it working, however it emitted nowhere near enough heat for the size of the room & soon stopped working again. There was an issue with a continuous leaking pipe from under the bathroom sink which caused the floor to be continuously wet & the seal around the shower enclosure had degraded so each time we showered, the bathroom floor flooded & we had to use our towels to soak up the water. We reported this after night one also, however this was not fixed during our stay.

Nice hotel near centre. Friendly staff.
