accès à la chambre par un escalier en colimaçon sans que nous en ayons été prévenu (à 75 ans après une opération impossible de monter nos bagages en autonomie dans la chambre) Non fonctionnement de la douche (très peu de pression et eau froide)

Precioso alojamiento en la naturaleza, el manager nos esperó para darnos las llaves, estando en contacto por Whatssapp en todo momento, acogedor, bien decorado, camas cómodas, te deja un mando de la puerta para poder aparcar y salir y entrar cuando quieras, y el desayuno con buen café y todo correcto.

A beautiful hotel that is very clean and well maintained throughout. The quadruple room is an excellent size for a family of four, offering plenty of comfort and space. The owner is highly responsive, and the breakfast was enjoyable. The location is also excellent, making it easy to explore nearby towns if you have a rental car. Parking is ample and conveniently shaded. I would have loved to give this property a perfect 10. However, unless the issue with the water heating system is resolved, I would unfortunately not return or recommend it to friends, which is a pity considering everything else..

The water heating system was not functioning properly during our stay. On the first day, we only had cold water, but Luciano responded promptly and addressed the issue. After his intervention, the water became warm enough for a shower—while not perfect, it was acceptable. However, after a couple of days, the problem returned. The water turned icy cold in the middle of a shower. As a family of four, this happened during the second shower, making it difficult for everyone to bathe comfortably. Luciano once again responded quickly, but unfortunately no lasting solution was found or offered. Even after waiting for an hour, we still had to shower in cold water. It appears that the water heating system may be set at a low temperature, possibly to conserve energy. As a result, it seems unable to meet demand when the property is fully occupied.

Posto tranquillo, non molto distante dal centro, staff molto cordiale, il signor Luciano ci ha anche donato un gradito omaggio.

Non mi è piaciuto non poter accedere nella sala per la colazione non prima dell'ora stabilita(ore 8:00), o di sera dopo cena.
