The staff was not very friendly. It was igger and more impersonal than I expected. The”village” was completely commercial

Price to value very high.

The location within the Nubian Village is GREAT! You are directly in the Nile with a gorgeous view and immediately opens up to the local souk. However, the Nubian Village itself is very difficult to reach by car. Be prepared for bumpy dirt roads and camels blocking your path. It’s really worth it though! Once inside the village it’s truly beautiful! The staff were so nice! They had packed up our breakfast the day we left and had it in front of our door as our flight was at 5am. Food at the restaurant was very good as well :))

In general Egypt will always have slightly stinky bathrooms and loud noises from dogs, music, cars, ect. This place does quiet down better than most though!
