DESchon bei der Ankunft am Stadttor wird man von einem Hotelmitarbeiter empfangen und persönlich zum Hotel begleitet – ein wunderschöner erster Eindruck, der direkt das Gefühl von Sicherheit und marokkanischer Gastfreundschaft vermittelt. Im Hotel selbst wird man herzlich begrüßt, ganz im typisch warmen marokkanischen Stil. Die Zimmer sind sehr großzügig gestaltet und im marokkanischen Stil eingerichtet – mit liebevollen Details, traditionellen Elementen und einem ganz besonderen Flair. Auch die Badezimmer sind außergewöhnlich groß und komfortabel. Sollte man etwas benötigen, wird es umgehend erledigt – zu jeder Tages- und Nachtzeit. Während meines fünftägigen Aufenthalts habe ich kein einziges „Nein“ gehört. Die Zimmer werden täglich gereinigt, alles wirkt gepflegt und gut organisiert. Das gesamte Personal ist stets freundlich, lächelt immer und zeigt echte Hilfsbereitschaft – man fühlt sich wie zu Hause. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich Hicham Elhasnaoui: Er kümmert sich mit spürbarer Aufmerksamkeit um die Gäste, fragt immer wieder nach, ob alles in Ordnung ist oder ob man etwas braucht, und ist jederzeit zur Stelle. Insgesamt war mein Aufenthalt im Hotel Etoiles Bernes absolut wunderbar. Ein Ort voller Herzlichkeit, Komfort und marokkanischem Charme. Ich kann dieses Hotel nur wärmstens weiterempfehlen!

Excentré et ne correspond pas du tout aux photos qui font croire à un hôtel fun aux couleurs vives. Nous avons eu droit à 2 chambres ternes dont une petite au rez alors que 2 autres plus grandes et plus jolies étaient libres à l’étage du dessus.

La posizione non era il massimo soprattutto se si voleva raggiungere la piazza centrale di sera. Comunque quartiere rispecchia la vita marocchina tante botteghe tipiche no turistiche
FRthe staff were so lovely and helpful and made our stay very comfortable. We had dinner twice and it was very yummy. Breakfast was copious and varied. The view from the roof top of the mountains is just beautiful. A big thank you to all the staff!!
