Nunca me mandaron el código de entrada. Imposible comunicarme con ellos. Jamas contestaron teléfono ni mensaje. No pude entrar. Qué bueno que Hoteles.com logró que me reembolsaran ya que al principio me dijeron que no

"Excelente atención por parte de la administración"

Desafortunadamente, por temas ajenos a la propiedad, hubo un problema con el agua y decidi no quedarme pero me ofrecieron otra unidad muy similar a la que había reeservado en otro complejo a 4 minutos de distancia. Son departamentos pequeños con todas las comodidades.

Me robaron el dinero de la reservacion nunca me proporcionaron la clave de acceso me dejaron en la calle literal hasta el dia siguiente me hicieron llegar un link para hacer check el dia de mi check out
