Hotel Inti by Okena

The hotel is located close to the metro station and the park. I needed a late check-out, a snack for a trip and none of that was a problem. I highly recommend it.

The water could have been warmer, but I think it was due to the power outages.

Breakfast was awesome, coffee was amazing, staff were EXCEPTIONAL. So kind, hospitable, warm, friendly and always smiling! Really made you feel at home. so willing to help you with anything or any request you may have! Location was awesome, the area was super safe, nice to walk around as it was right next to the park. the subway was super cheap (45 cent) and easy to use to go to the historic center (it was 2 stops away) or you can take a 10 mins taxi. We loved everything! Our room was so cute and unique, very clean, comfortable bed and spacious!

Staff are super kind and friendly! Breakfast was awesome, made for us every morning with wonderful fruit, eggs, waffles and coffee or tea. Super fresh and served with a smile! Room was spacious, comfortable, clean and had a unique Ecuadorian vibe and decor. Would definitely reccomend! Shops, museum and park right outside.

Everything was awesome

Great location near the metro line. Easy access into the building, safe area.

Water conservation is good but wish the towels had been changed at least once as we stayed for 5 nights. Hallway music was the same song on repeat, not really sure the music is needed.

24hr reception Daniel was extremely helpful.. He organised our ride to the airport, and was there when our taxi came - at 4.30am. He was exceptional! Lovely room

From the welcoming to the breakfast everything was exceptional. I will most definitely come back. Daniel and Jennifer are very professional and gave exceptional customer service.

Hotel was very nice, room was spacious and the shower was amazing.

Not a touristy neighborhood so little restaurant choice in the immediate vicinity. Staff was unhelpful. Room was way too noisy. Beds weren’t very comfortable. Breakfast hours weren’t respected.

They charged 10% over the total cost of the stay, if you payment is with credit card. That was not specified in the final payment described in the booking confirmation and was surprise form me.
