Me gustaron las habitaciones, el personal siempre atento, la forma en que procesé reservas y late check out, incluso tuve que cancelar previamente una reserva y todo funcionó perfecto

Quizás la ubicación no fue del todo adecuada para mis necesidades. Estar en una alto en Quito dificulta tomar rutas a pie.
