Liked the location and how well the staff handled our concerns despite the horrible faculty.

Not worth it for the price and how dirty the place was, cups that were supposed to be clean had dead bugs all over. As well as the pool, that was filled with numerous people who paid for an entrance fee to stay for the day and use the facilities within the resort, but didn’t book to stay in the rooms. Leaving guests who paid for an expensive room unable to use the pool, which was quite dirty and water was grey with the accumulation of filth. If we had known that our stay was going to turn out the way it did, and if there were any other resorts on the Island that offered air conditioning. We would not have otherwise.
