It’s good space and quiet. Parking is limited and always a drive anywhere. But it’s cozy and easy to get into. Has all the amenities in the unit.

The room was clean enough but not sparkling clean. The room needs paint and some bathroom things fixed like the toilet seat. Location is handy but the propery inside and out needls freshening up especially by a landscaper,a good painter and a gardener.
