The room was nice. The morning staff was nice and very friendly!

The night staff was loud and gave me wrong information. Unprofessional in handling my check-in process and tried to dispute that I did not have a room booked and my card would be charged twice. Caused a little inconvenience because I had my granddaughters with me. Borrow caps on the floor when we arrived at room.

Very clean and comfortable. No noice. Perfect for family stay with children.

Parking space is tight and you have to pay for parking.

I absolutely loved the room. The tub was weird because it didn’t have a faucet just a sprayer hose but it worked well. The room was very clean and everything functioned properly. The furniture was clean and comfortable. Appliances were clean. And I really enjoyed the amenities in the room. The selection of breakfast items was nice.

The breakfast items were fresh and full but the utensils and prep areas were very messy and caked with food residue. Maybe the breakfast area was busy before I got there. The housekeeping staff was awesome. Very friendly and they do an excellent job keeping the property clean. The two people working second and first shift at the front desk were very condescending and seemed unconcerned with me returning as a guest in the future. The young man on 2nd at the front desk seemed unsure he could even give me a room which I found odd. Maybe it’s because I booked through a third party site but he seemed like he just didn’t want to actually work. He also tried to charge my card for the wrong amount after we discussed the total charge. Then the next morning I went to the desk again to inquire about a late check out time of 12pm. The young lady at the counter told me that was for gold members only then very rudely informed me I’d be checking out at 11. I wasn’t unkind or rude at all. I simply asked. I also thought this was a lost opportunity for the hotel because she could have used that as an opportunity to share how I could become a gold member after return visits. I was a quite, friendly, clean and considerate guest. I am a single mom who likes to treat herself to a little time to recharge. I was looking forward to making this hotel my go to spot but I can get an attitude from my teenager at home for free.

The hang out area by pool is perfect with great bar and excellent wings just feet away. Our group stays 2-3 Times a year. Please Add a big Screen tv on firepit in weather proof box so can open and wztch games. Love this place. Tried to charge me $6 for parking but after arguing cant charge me for parking on the street, public property, they finally waived it. Need to do away with that hidden fee thst they add once their. Cheapens the experience. Everything else, staff,front desk, absolutely excellent. Rooms are luxurious. Keep up good work. Look forward to next trip
