Wonderful resort and amazing staff. Cleanliness is second to none and the pool area is toooo nice. John and Andrew(Bar staff) are by far the best people we have met in the resort can have great conversations about the island whilst they make a cocktail so smooth you don’t even know they are doing it. Always available to help and advise. Set me up with a reliable car rental and many more.

Words cannot fully describe the beauty of Laïla, Seychelles, A Tribute Portfolio Resort. From the moment you arrive, the hotel feels luxurious, peaceful, and welcoming. The rooms are absolutely stunning , spacious, beautifully decorated, and exceptionally comfortable. The bathroom was excellent and stocked with lovely amenities, while the bed was incredibly comfortable, making it easy to completely relax after a day of exploring Mahé. We also loved the private balcony and outdoor seating area, which added to the overall peaceful atmosphere. The hotel grounds are beautifully maintained, with many relaxing spaces where you can simply sit back and unwind. The pool area is especially gorgeous and creates the perfect tropical holiday setting. Breakfast was delicious every morning, with a great variety of options. What stood out most was the staff’s willingness to assist and accommodate special requests wherever possible. Even if something could not be done exactly as requested, the team always made every effort to come as close as possible to meeting our needs, which was truly appreciated. Another major highlight is the location. The hotel is directly across the road from a stunning beach, literally just a one-minute walk away. There are also plenty of restaurants, cafés, takeaways, and shops nearby, ranging from affordable options to more high-end dining experiences, making everything very convenient. Laïla is an excellent choice for anyone staying in Mahé and looking for a beautiful, comfortable, and well-located hotel experience. Highly recommended.

Tried this hotel , since it’s a Marriott Bonvoy property . I stayed for one night as I had planned to stay in La Digue for the rest of the week. My flight was rescheduled , resulting in a very early morning arrival. The hotel is a short ride from the airport, approx half hour. The team at the front desk was excellent. As early as it was , I only waited a few minutes for a room to be ready . I was welcomed with a drink and wet towel . My Bonvoy status was recognized , received a nice upgraded room , free breakfast and chose points for my welcome gift. I was upgraded to a nice large suite overlooking the mountains. The hotel itself is quaint , clean with a pool , pool bar and a restaurant. The beach is across the road , which can be an inconvenience to some ( including me) as it’s advertised as beachfront. You have to cross a very busy road to get to it. The beach was nice and clean . There is a beach front restaurant that is associated with the hotel . Beach chairs and towels are available for use. The Seychelles is generally expensive so prepare to spend a lot of money on basic food at the restaurants . The main restaurant has a decent breakfast and themed dinners. Staff at the restaurant were very kind and helpful. Credit cards are accepted at the restaurants ( visa , Mastercard ) not sure about Amex. Change your currency at the airport as there was no clear recommendation of a currency changing Bereau in the vicinity . There was a free tour to the local market in Victoria. Great place to stay with amazing. Staff.

Очень хороший современный отель, просторные номера с удобной зоной отдыха на балконе, прекрасный персонал, замечательная атмосфера в отеле, вкусно приготовленные блюда. Бесплатное пользование каяками и досками для серфинга.

Нам достался номер, в который не попадает солнце. В номере был сильный запах плесени, приходилось постоянно делать проветривание с вентилятором. Кроме запаха плесени, часто присутствовал запах мазута или какого-то топлива, как оказалось, у нас за входной дверью была заправка. Неудобно, что для выхода на пляж нужно переходить через дорогу. Грязные спасательные жилеты, которые нужно одевать при плавании на каяках.

Laila Property in Seychelles blew us away with its sheer size and exceptional design. Every corner felt thoughtfully crafted, blending luxury with the island's natural beauty seamlessly. We stayed for our last night, but it was so captivating we desperately wanted to extend our trip by a few more days just to linger here. It's truly a 4-star property, packed with a fantastic array of activities planned throughout the week – from beach outings to cultural experiences that kept things exciting. The hotel rooms were highlights, with every detail thoughtfully designed for comfort and style. And the breakfast? Absolutely exceptional – fresh, varied, and a perfect start to the day. Highly recommend for anyone seeking a memorable Seychelles escape. We'd return in a heartbeat!
