Loud, check-in and check-out is very rigid, they don't want to work with you on early check-in and only accomodate if they can also charge extra. No luggage storage and that's a huge issue if you have travel plans that require you to hang around hours before or after check-in. The security desk is not staffed to handle the check-in times. It's just a real inconvenience overall and I will go back to paying extra to stay at full service hotels who try to take care of your needs while traveling.
Great location. Easy walk across the street to the ballpark. Lots of eating options nearby. The check in and parking process is quite difficult, but do-able. There is plenty of space under the main building to leave your car, while you check in. You don't have to find a spot on the street. Just pull under the building and there's plenty of room. I made the mistake of trying to find street parking and then walking over. I should have just pulled in. Once you park underneath and get your keys - everything feels very safe and secure and easy. The apartment itself was very comfortable and great.
Location was perfect for ballgame, cn tower etc. Building is busy, elevators can be challenging. Apartment was nice but well used. Couch was broke, bed was very uncomfortable.
I would go back. It was a bit pricey with the fees. Overall a great stay.

Elevators were very confusing since we had 2 rooms on different floors and had to use specific elevators to get to each room. Parking ramp was confusing as well. Finally figured out black mesh gate was an exit to another level. We were supposed to have a double fold out couch in 1 of the rooms and it was a love seat without any fold out. Very basic- no coffee maker at all in one of the rooms. Locations was amazing and close to the Rogers Center!
Excellent communication and instructions. Amazing location. Unit was smaller than anticipated but was clean and comfortable.
Super awesome location and nice view.
Excellent location, finding the place and getting in the building was difficult. Perhaps my expectations were to look for a hotel. I was not comfortable sharing ID and credit card with third party. Front desk “ more like security for the building “ dry and abrupt. Would rather check for a regular hotel next time for the price paid.
