They charged me extra on arival , expeedia told I have to pay certain amount on arival but I end up paying double * they charged extra for cleaning and not a single time my room was cleaned over 10 days * also charged per day for electricity, 3 times power outage , and without power there is no water , no AC, no stove * pool was always dirty *guy over the counter dont understand except spanish *NO MICROWAVE AS PROMISSED *no terrace as told

🟥 À fuir absolument ! Un piège à touristes bien rodé. Cet hôtel est une arnaque pure et simple. Le prix affiché semble correct **jusqu’à ce que vous découvriez en petit qu’il faut ajouter plus de 20 $ de taxes en plus. Et si vous espérez un peu de clim pour survivre à la chaleur ? Surprise : c’est payant aussi ! La piscine est verte fluo, totalement laissée à l’abandon. On parle d’un bouillon d’algues, pas d’un lieu de détente. Les chambres sont une horreur : sales, délabrées, linge de maison rêche et douteux, serviettes qui ne sèchent rien, draps en matière plastique, et pour couronner le tout, pas d’eau chaude. La cuisine est délabrée, avec un grille-pain cassé laissé là comme si de rien n’était. Aucun respect pour les clients. C’est tout simplement de l’escroquerie maquillée en hébergement touristique. Honte à cette gestion ! Passez votre chemin, vous trouverez bien mieux pour le même prix ailleurs.

They charge for ac and other stupid things

Firstly, the property is a cheap guesthouse. The floor was dirty and the mat on the floor in front of the bed was filthy & smelly. The unit hadn’t been cleaned prior to my arrival. The unit was never cleaned during my stay, despite my paying a daily cleaning fee and their flyer also states that the units are cleaned every 3 days. The shower curtain in the bathroom was too short, so there was always a huge puddle of water on the floor after showering where a bath mat should have been. There was nothing to absorb all of that water. I had to clean the bathroom floor after each and every shower daily. The image on their website is completely misleading. Their website displays a very nice resort. In reality the property is ugly in an ugly area. I was also charged for a daily resort fee. They also charge a daily fee for energy.

That is was close to the beach, eatery’s and entertainment.

Poor room conditions. Hidden additional charges (air conditioning). Very RUDE property manager! The rooms have all types of issues, not to mention they’re only surface cleaned. I had to change rooms (4) times. Also, I noticed roaches in the hallways. The conditions are again “poor & unsafe”. They also manageAirBNB apartments which were better regarding the conditions, however several issues also. The girls that clean, have lazy attitudes and half clean. Also, the undisclosed additional fees were an issue. You’re charged for “air conditioning”, then also put on a usage allowance. So, you get charged for having it and then using it. The weather is 100degrees plus, and these people expect you not to use the air! The haggling from the locals is another issue all together. If I could rate this dump a “zero”, that’s would be my rating. There’s a lot more to tell, so my advice is: DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!!!!!!!!
