the room and bathroom were both spacious and clean, all of the staff was fantastic, and the breakfast was the best ive had at any of the hotels on my trip so far. Its close to all the inca sites and the main street in town, and close to the train station as well, but far enough away where it is still quiet and easy to sleep! 10/10 wpuld stay here again

Nunca tem ninguém na recepção, toda vez que precisamos, tivemos que ligar. Nossa janela que dava para a rua estava trincada. Tinha cabelo embaixo da roupa de cama e não tinha aquecedor no quarto. Café da manhã ok, para quem tem intolerância alimentar é um pouco difícil. Ponto positivo: chuveiro bom, com boa pressão e água quente. Para uma noite, ok.

The room we stayed in was exactly like the photos. The breakfast was delicious, with eggs and pancakes. The staff was very friendly and accommodating!

Camas confortáveis, limpo e silencioso

We loved staying here while visiting Peru. The shower is hot and there's good water pressure. Beds and pillows were comfy. The staff was very accommodating and allowed us to check out late. I recomeemd this place!

It was a really nice and convenient place to stay. The only problem we had was the water was lukewarm in the shower. The great warm comforter fixed that quickly though. Wonderful breakfast too!!

Staffs are helpful and friendly. The hot shower only last 30 mins then it turned cold. You have to take fast shower otherwise you will be ended in freezing just like me.

Lovely stay beside river. 10 min easy walk to railway along smooth road not on cobblestones, 5 mins to square. Room nice and bright a good size, comfortable bed. A quiet area good for sleeping. Plenty of restaurants nearby. Room serviced daily.

O hotel está super bem localizado e dispõe de estacionamento. O quarto é amplo, cama e ducha confortáveis. Cintya é super simpática e prestativa.

Joli lieu, petit dejeuner agreable avec la vue. La qualite du service et de la cuisine du restaurant est discutable.
