The view and the room were awesome. Staff was great!

Room was small and a little outdated.

It was peaceful

Room wasn't very clean hot tub didn't work right needs updating

Everyone very helpful

Parking garage is to small and low for big trucks

It was near the beach.

I was told I would have a high floor but did not. It was noisy from the cafe right below. The room had hairs in the tub. The staff didn’t speak English so there was a language barrier to explain things. The oven did not work. The balcony doors were stiff and hard to open. The dishwasher was broken. This was room 203. I do not want to stay in that room again.

Large size of rooms and balcony oceanfront view. Love the free bike usage. Staff were very friendly. Like the Katie’s restaurant- very convenient. Parking included and easy access to your vehicle whenever needed. Clean comfortable bed and bed linens. Plentiful lighting and like the full refrigerator. Just beginning off season staying second week of Sept so reasonable rates for 3 nights.

No true complaints about property. Tight parking lot with pillars but parking on third level offers more space. Did not use the indoor pool or exercise room. Enjoyed the jacuzzi tub in room. Room has updated laminate and like new sofa and lamps but otherwise room is bit dated and basic. Though it is not fancy or contemporary, you have everything you need.

The location was great - our balcony overlooked the beach and boardwalk, and we could see all the way to Rudee Inlet, the pier, Neptune statue, and north toward Fort Story. Watching the ships come and go, the surf - it was great. We were walking distance to several very nice restaurants, and riding our bikes on the boardwalk was fun. The staff was amazing. Always friendly and helpful.

The resort was showing its age, and the elevator broke down for an afternoon/evening, but they had it fixed first thing in the morning. But I'm not surprised given the price I paid for a room with two balconies, and full kitchen, and a jet tub.
