"Would stay here again if I returned to CDMX"

It was a great place not far from a busy mall. The staff were attentive and superb. Special mention to Alejandra who was amazing throughout. She was happy to help with any query or question I had, and they were lots! Would happily recommend it to anyone. Loved the personal aspect of the accommodation. It felt like you were staying with people who cared about you, rather than a large hotel chain.

No issues come to mind.

De som skötte om servicen på stället är värda ett stort tack. Trevliga, glada och hjälpsamma.

Jag hade rummet längst upp. Det kan vara tungt att bära en väska 5 trappor upp. Det finns ingen hiss och trapporna är smala.

Las habitaciones son muy ruidosas, no se puede descansar ni dormir. Peor considero que reclame y me cambiaron a otra menos ruidosas,evitar las que dan al frente.
