Great location in beautiful Enhuizen. Friendly and helpful staff.

The only surprise was the current refurbishment of the hotel restaurant which was closed when we were there. This was an issue for the first night of our stay

Central location

We arrived late in the evening on Christmas Day and checked in. When we woke up the rooms were freezing with no heating and no water. We called reception and they denied there was any issues and said ‘just run the hot water for a bit’. When calling back, they admitted there was an issue with their boiler and there wasn’t any warm water in the hotel. Nothing was offered to compensate for this, even though we were travelling with my elderly mother-in-law, who really needs to shower on a regular basis. By the time we had packed our things to leave the hotel to find alternative accommodation, breakfast wasn’t served anymore (it was 11am) and nothing was offered to us. Really poor service and appalling that a 4* hotel doesn’t have warm water or heating in the middle of winter!!

Posto accogliente. Zona tranquilla. Ottimo bagno e bagno doccia.

Ps mancanza di altre lenzuola. La notte fa molto freddo.

Ontbijt was prima, Mooie kamer en zeer vriendelijk personeel ze krijgen een 10, en een mooie centrale plek. en we hadden omdat onze dochter mee was 2 kamers naast elkaar met tussendeur, goed geregeld.

nog een exstra stoel op de kamer, was er maar 1.
