avid hotel Atlanta – Conyers I-20 by IHG

Property was very clean and staff were friendly. It was close and convenient for what we needed. My only complaint was that the internet didn’t work most nights and our tv and streaming services didn’t work. We spent 30minutes on the phone one night with IT just have to call front desk and they tell us it hasn’t been working but they forgot to tell us.

My first time staying at an Avid hotel. It was a very pleasant stay. The hotel was new and clean and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. The staff was friendly, the breakfast was OK, but my good nights sleep was more important.

0/10 recommend. no customer service, noisy due to "false" fire alarms, not clean, housekeeping didn't complete room clean.

Showe water was cold. The hotel is clean and beautiful.

Wonderful stay. Room was spacious and clean! Ajay at the front desk was amazing, so kind and attentive! Definitely recommend and will be back!

New hotel conveniently located off the exit so easy access . Staff was very friendly and welcoming. Room was comfortable. Breakfast was grab and go but worked for me ( not a big breakfast person) overall great hotel .

Canceled my room with no notice and legt me with where to stay..

We liked the staff and cleanliness of the place. We liked the amenities being readily available.

It’s a beautiful location. There’s plenty of food options around the area as well! We are only here for one night but it is a comfortable and nice area.
