Great Location

The staff couldn’t help us with the tv in our room and we were told that we needed to call someone in order to set up the tv from our room. Which doesn’t make sense because this is the hotel responsibility to make sure it is set up for the guest in case they want to use the Smart Tv. I ordered a cake for a birthday that suppose to be only for 2 people and it was too big and it didn’t taste good at all. Gym is very extremely small, and it looks like the towel wasn’t replace at all.

This is a very good hotel with one of the best locations in Miraflores. The hotel is spotlessly clean and the rooms have king or double twin beds. There are separated showers and toilet closets. I wish there were more counter space near the sink for toiletries. Special thanks to Gabriel, who served us breakfast each morning. He was very attentive to our needs. I would also thank Stephany who remembers us every time we return to the hotel. She is very professional and anticipates our needs without asking. Housekeeping was also excellent. This isn’t the fanciest hotel in Lima, but it more than exceeded our expectations!

Las camas en habitaciones dobles son demasiado pequeñas. Seria 100% recomendable con camas Queen en las habitaciones dobles.

Localização, restaurantes excelentes muito perto, café bom, cama e chuveiro muito bons.
