Clean, modern bathroom (but no hot water), small kitchen with all of the pots, pans, and utensils to cook. Super close to Mines View. We would stay here again.

Good place to stay in baguio, will definitely stay with them again.

What an absolutely wonderful experience from check in to check out. Alvin was such a great host and Opalie was very helpful in getting us to our unti.The rooms were super clean and very well decorated with great amenities. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you can think of that you need. I will highly recommend this place.

Property is clean, well maintained and beautiful. It has a basement parking.

In my reservation there was supposed to be 2 bath and a mountain view which I'm expecting to be at top floor instead, I got the 2nd floor and the view was like a dirty backyard and with 1 filthy bathroom. My family and I weren't comfortable so we left a day early. In their pictures the rooms looks nice and roomy but it's not so don't be fooled by their pictures. Rooms need a lot of TLC esp. bathroom. Also, no shampoo, soap, conditioner and hair dryer.

Strict rules about cleanliness. We had to clean up ourselves or else pay a fee.

The location is ok, easy to get transpo and walkable to some local shopping.
