Siesta Key Island Rentals

Property listing and details very misleading. Property manager/owner very rude and barges into unit unannounced, without even knocking. 3 beds and 2 bedrooms in the unit but owner states property is only for 2 people max occupancy. A/C quit working overnight and left to wait overnight and until next afternoon for repair service to show up. About the only real positive thing here is the location.

Beautifully updated and has everything we needed to enjoy time in the condo and at the beach. Quiet, too, for being so close to the village.

The Mermaid was perfect for us; clean, well equipped, great location to Siesta Key Beach (4-5 minute walk), heated pool, they supply beach chairs - umbrella - beach towels - wagon. It had everything you need. The Siesta Key Island Rental team were outstanding to deal with, from start to finish their communication was perfect. We will be back!

Everything but

Dust. The dryer filter must be cleaned. This can cause a fire. Just this 2 things

Amazing place! We loved it. Wish we could have stayed longer!

We liked the location. It was clean

Couple of plug ends did not work. Very poor water pressure in shower. Floor is uneven everywhere. One tv remote did not work very well. Very noisy at night. The second day someone rented downstairs and could smell pot everywhere. When I contacted property management company about the pot smell I got no reply at all!!!

Very clean cottage, everything seemed new and modern. Had a private hot tub right out the back door. Very close to the beach and downtown area. You could walk to everything we need to do.

Beds weren't very comfy

Clean, spacious, near the beach (walking distance, beach equipment awailable) free parking. These is a grocery shop downstairs and a few bars near by.

It was cold and and not getting warmer when temperature reset.
