Dynasty Suites Santa Fe Springs

Older facility but owner takes pride in his business. Exceptionally nice employees! Helpful & courteous. No frills, next to freeway. Room was plain but in good repair & comfortable. Would come again if doing business in area & needed to do an overnight again! Photo is from outside my room!

Pleasant stay

For the same price, I could have stayed at a different hotel with better accommodations and more amenities. You can only talk to the staff through a glass enclosure, which should have been my first clue. I was expected to bring dirty towels down to lobby if I needed fresh ones. This really should not be classified as a hotel or even a motel. There are better accommodations in the area and I would not stay here again. I traveled for business in the area and the Wi-Fi didn’t even work!

Nothing like the reviews. Right next to freeway so you hear everything. Power went on and off all night. Went to front office and they told us they couldn’t help us and ended up giving us a lantern. Would never recommend this place.

This is part of a family of motels and you can tell. They are all class and not overly pricey. Looking for glitz and glamour? Go somewhere else. Looking for homey, inexpensive, friendly, clean, and out of the way but close to the beaches then this is the place. I am going back asap.

Availability

Overall, for the price, the hotel serves its purpose as a spot to sleep for a night. The room was tidy, but a revamp could do this place wonders. The fixtures and decor were dated, and the water pressure in the shower was poor. The bed wasn't terrible, but both my partner and I didn't sleep well and woke up feeling stiff. The interactions with the staff were pleasant, and it was in a pretty convenient location. During the night I could hear traffic from the freeway and was woken up by an occasional/random thump happening in the vicinity of my room.

After being booked in a crack house - I was able to locate this hotel with a vacancy last minute - it was clean. Smelled good - bed was beyond comfortable and the front desk staff were really nice. I will be back anytime I have to work in the area
