MUGHAL MAHAL HOTEL

The room was spacious, well appointed and in good condition. The hotel restaurant was exceptional in terms of its quality of food, service of the staff and price.

The hotel had an issue with the hot water system so there was none. This obviously impacted on my complete enjoyment of my stay. The hotel senior reception manager was helpful when I checked out and we have had communication about this issue.

The finger-print access which really surprised me, the room was spacious, pleasant to the eyes while interiors and exteriors are distinctly beautiful and unique.

The breakfast was delivered to the room which I preferred to be in the restaurant. Also when asked for a taxi- none went above and beyond to assist. I was only told it was not available and I asked if they can help. the reception said yes but none called back.
