De nada, por não ter conseguido entrar no alojamento.

Da falta de ajuda quando mais precisei, mesmo estando dentro do horário do check-in. Não obtive resposta aos vários telefonemas que efetuei, pois, para mim, estava tudo muito confuso em relação aos códigos de entrada no alojamento.
