The location is very very bad. It is inside a village with gravel road of 2 kms. Though the name says Mayapur it's about 15 kms away from Mayapur.

Property, Ambiance & Swiming Pool.

Firstly, When I entered the room I noticed no towel, room shoes were there even in the toilet. So, I thought the staff needed more hospitality training to maintain. They are claiming this is a 5 Star Hotel so this is the basic hospitality they should maintain.

Staff attitude Towels were shocking Swimming pool water stagnant full of dead insects Poor wifi.....needs to invest in better router system Toilets near reception in very poor state Management appears unable to act swiftly
