Ferdinando is a gentleman. Its a five minutes walk to the center. Nice Room with many utilities and a big bathroom. The garden is a Nice place to enjoy at night. A quiet place. Onde thing Very relevant for Italy in the Summer: a Good Air conditioner.

You really have to pass a 2 minute walk trhough a street without a sidewalk or a pedestrian Lane. Most drivers are careful as many people walk there. The city hall should pay attention tô This situation

The property was well located with parking spot and small thoughtful details. New and modern.

It was a bit further out from the city, but still walking distance, which we were looking for. It was clean and tidy. The host was very nice and supportive with our asks.

The bed was quite hard and there was a bit of a bad water drain smell coming through the bedroom. The worst during our stay (and it was not the hosts fault) was the neighbors new dog from above who was barking/crying during one of the nights and then sometimes non stop during the day/morning as the owners were leaving it on the balcony when leaving the house. Such kind of people should not have animals. So unfortunately, we didn’t get to fully rest.

Very clean, lovely modern facilities, in a great location, about a 10 minute walk to the beach. Ferdinando was very helpful. Would definitely stay here again, also recommend it to friends. Thank you for making our stay so nice.
