Beautiful resort with big attention to the details to make your stay memorable. Very nice food in the restaurant located inside the resort. Different activities like horse riding makes this place even more special.

The hotel is beautifully located, surrounded by nature, about 30 minutes from the city, which could make it a great place to relax. Unfortunately, the overall experience was significantly spoiled by very incompetent and unprofessional hotel service. Arranging horse riding, which is offered on the hotel premises, was almost impossible. Hotel guests are clearly treated as the last priority. Every time other external clients appeared, hotel guests were moved to another date or time. The time we were given was different from the time we were later told we should have arrived. During our stay, despite having a previously agreed time, the reception kept giving us different excuses as to why the lesson could not take place. First, we were told it would rain — which not happened. Then we were told the horses were tired. Later, when I saw other non-hotel guests leaving the stable on horseback, I was informed that the horses had supposedly not yet returned from a three-day trip. This constant changing of explanations felt like being deliberately misled, which was extremely frustrating. A similar situation happened with quad bikes. After making an appointment, we arrived only to find out that no one had informed us that the same person is responsible for both the stables and the quad bikes, and since horse rides were taking place, quad bikes were not available. In my opinion, hotel guests staying on the property should have priority. Instead, they are treated like a problem
