I spent a very nice week here. The view is spectacular both from the villas and from the pool. They have only 4 bungalows, so the whole place is usually very quiet and calm. The manager, the owner and all the staff are very nice, you can truly feel at home here. They help you with everything, from having surf lessons till getting and cooking fresh lobster for you. Absolutely recommend it!

Beautiful quiet resort. Staff was wonderful e we even got scooters and went around the village, beach, Kuta and Sade Village! Clean, AC working and great food. You can even order fresh fish for dinner and enjoy it with a sunset view on the terrace. I would highly recommended for relax and quiet after a long day of travel :)

La piscine est belle et bien entretenue, avec une vue sublime sur la mer

- l’éloignement : il n’y absolument rien à faire sans véhicule. La plage sous l’hôtel est à 20 minutes à pieds, sur un chemin au milieu des vaches. La plage est déserte, il n’y a aucun restaurant. Les alentours semblent avoir été abandonnés. Il y a uniquement le restaurant de l’hôtel d’à côté. - la nourriture est moyenne et le temps d’attente très long. - le personnel a pu nous surprendre dans son comportement : un homme torse nu s’est enfui en courant un soir quand nous rentrions du restaurant d’à côté; un homme était étendu sur notre lit quand nous sommes revenus chercher qqch dans notre chambre après le Check out. L’hôtel est geré par de jeunes adultes du coin, sans formation, et dont l’anglais est très bas. Ils disent « yes » à tout puis il ne passe rien. Seul le manager fait tourner l’hôtel correctement quand il est présent.

L’endroit est incroyable. La vue est magnifique. C’est très calme, parfait pour le repos et la contemplation. Les bungalows sont très fonctionnels, tous avec une très belle vue sur la baie. La cuisine est variée et très bonne.

Un manque d’entretien (cela ne nuit pas à la beauté du lieu) mais qui pourrait donner une impression de vétusté parfois. Le lieu est à 25 mn de Kuta et à 1h15 de Pink Beach, il vaut mieux avoir un moyen de locomotion.

Nada a apontar

As for the positive points, there's the terrace with a view of the bay... and that's about it!

The service is poor: the staff doesn’t offer to help you carry your luggage to the bungalow, they don’t provide any information about breakfast or nearby activities, and they just sit around at the counter waiting. The room is outdated and in serious need of renovation (worn furniture, peeling paint, broken door in the bathroom, no kettle, no tea/coffee). The shower floor is dirty and covered in mold (which is unacceptable considering the staff is visibly idle at the counter). The included breakfast is very basic (one dish, one hot or cold drink, no fruit), and the nasi goreng was tasteless. We asked for our breakfast to be served at 8:30, we got it at 9:40 ! The price paid is far too high given the quality of the services, and you can find much better for less elsewhere in Lombok.

As we had the pleasure to be the only guests there, we could really enjoy the scenery and pool all by ourselves. Clean pool, great amenities and amazing view. The staff was super helpful and nice, all of them, and the food was great. We recommend to pre-order the seafood BBQ if you only stay for a night, the squid and lobster were excellent. Our balcony door was broken, we were able to move rooms without a problem, which was a real plus. Thank you for having us.
