I DID NOT LIKE IT AT ALL. Live cockroaches, bathroom toilet does not flush, unchanged, stinky bed and pillow covers, that blue bedsheet is not a bedsheet in the picture, its a curtain! Got a lot of bed bugs bites after check out. The reception may seem to know how dirty is the place so in all fairness, he is helpful respectful and accommodating. But the place is nasty. I dont know why this kind of hotels are still allowed to operate when they are just collecting money but not spending a dime for cleanliness and comfort of the clients.

The water slow and the office staff you are waiting so long but still good

It was horrible and I didn’t stay I left and went to a completely different hotel that was clean, comfortable and inviting and was still charged for the entire stay here which is absurd and I was not refunded as I was promised

Location was good for us and convenient to eating places. We had trouble with our TV and one phone call and someone was there within a few minutes and fixed it.

Things were pretty good. No complaints.

The following email is to request my full refund. The reviews to this hotel are not legit or the photos in the website. When I arrived at this hotel location with my wife I was very insecure of staying at this place with her. The place is more a month to month rent then a regular hotel. When I enter into the register area there was no one helping and I waited for more then 10 mins and I’m that short time there was homeless, prostituds, drug dealers and abandon cars. I didn’t even wait for the manager to do the registration because my wife was very scared. Please take this hotel out of the booking.com this is not a safe environment for anyone. I demanda refund . We ended booking another hotel . I will contact my bank with this issue for my 100%refund.

Not surable to stay

I booked two nights and they refused to refund one night that I didn’t use. Stay away from this establishment.
