During my first visit to Lahore, little did I know that this hotel would become much more than just a temporary abode. I succumbed to a severe case of food poisoning during my stay. In the early hours of the morning, around 5 am, I found myself in the grip of excruciating stomach pain, I knew that the situation was growing dire. Without hesitation, I reached out to the hotel reception, hoping against hope that they could assist me. To my utter amazement, the staff at Hotel Nova responded with an unparalleled level of urgency and care. They swiftly came to my room and immediately took charge of the situation, understanding the gravity of my condition. Recognizing the urgency, they promptly arranged for a doctor to come to the hotel, sparing me the agonizing wait and potential consequences. The doctor arrived promptly, and I was relieved to find myself in the hands of a skilled professional. The hotel's quick and efficient response undoubtedly saved me from a potentially life-threatening situation. In the comfort of my hotel room, the doctor administered an IV drip, expertly nursing me back to health. It was a tremendous relief to receive such attentive and competent medical care without having to venture outside. Hotel Nova not only exceeded my expectations as a place of accommodation but also demonstrated an unparalleled commitment to their guests' well-being. Throughout my recovery, the hotel staff continued to go above and beyond, ensuring I had everything I needed. They even prepared specially cooked meals tailored to my dietary requirements, supporting my recovery and nourishing my body.
