La chambre qui nous été attribuée située au rdc était sans fenêtre, avec un lavabo bouché, un lit trop mou, une applique de chevet pendante et une odeur de moisi épouvantable partiellement masquée par un parfum tout aussi désagréable. Nous avons évoqué le problème avec le loueur qui nous a proposé une chambre à l’étage acceptable.

Inversez le commentaire svp je me suis trompée de case. Je voulais également vous signaler que quand nous cherchons une chambre d’hôtel c’est pour que vous proposiez une chambre d’hôtel et non un boutique hôtel. Nous n’avons eu que ça lors de ce voyage, vous ne précisez jamais sur votre site si c’est l’un ou l’autre. Quand c’est correct, on fait avec mais ces 2 dernières nuits ne l’étaient pas.

Posizione ottima, stanza molto più grande del previsto con Jacuzzi favolosa. Giuseppe è stato sempre presente tramite messaggi o chiamate e ha riposto a ogni nostra domanda in modo veloce ed esaustivo.
