Great for families! Easy walk to the Museum of Play.

This hotel was very clean and clearly managed well by the staff. Special shout out to Silas who checked us in and was very personable and professional, as well as the Manager Alyssa who was very helpful helping us explore a potential extension of our stay. Each person, from the young lady who brought out fresh coffee to the housekeeping staff were very helpful and kind, and that matters a lot for the guest experiences. The room itself was very clean with little touches like l rose in the Kleenex box that just made it feel special. They also welcomed my fur baby and they don’t use down pillows which was a relief!! This will be my first choice whenever I come to Rochester for a visit.

Le petit déjeuner était absolument nul et la chambre mal faite. jamais d'aspirateur passé. La propreté de la chambre mérite d'être revue

The carpet in the room felt a bit dirty on bare feet. We also found a mysterious pill on the floor. Concerning as our toddler could have found it. Overall good hotel.

Our room was not cleaned properly . Stale smell over all.

I only wish Lila’s restaurant was as good as before. Food was not good, service slow and you can tell the people where stressed out

Best Hampton Inn I’ve ever stayed at! Staff were very friendly, excellent breakfast, the bar was very nice and the Thursday night jazz was unexpected and very good! Location was nice for the wedding we came in to town for. Also easy access to numerous walking/running trails!!
