L’appartement est plutôt bien situé. L’immeuble et l’appartement sont d’époque et très jolis. Un lave linge était disponible.

L’appartement était sale, seuls les lits étaient faits. Un ménage complet est nécessaire. Il n’y a quasiment aucun meuble, à part les lits. Les chaises autour de la table à manger sont en très mauvais état. L’appartement est très impersonnel. La salle de bains est très petite vu la taille et le nombre de personnes qui peuvent dormir dans l’appartement. On peut entendre les occupants de l’étage du dessus par les escaliers qui sont dans la cuisine, une planche de bois séparent les logements. L’équipement de la cuisine est incomplet et rien n’était remis en ordre.

The location was quite good — centrally situated with quick access to the main street. Parking on the street was easy to find, although it was a Sunday, which may have made it less busy than usual.

The apartment felt a bit impersonal, with older furniture and limited atmosphere. The photos gave a more positive impression than what we experienced in person. The furnishings appeared somewhat mismatched, as if assembled without a clear overall concept. There was also a noticeable smell of cigarette smoke in the apartment. In the kitchen, there is a staircase leading to the apartment above, currently covered with plywood. Sounds from the upstairs neighbor were quite audible, which made the space feel a bit less private and secure. The shower was quite small — fine for a person of average size, but anyone larger may find it difficult to move comfortably. Communication with the host could have been better. The instructions for locating the key were unclear, and I ended up having to call him for assistance.

Great location. Amazing size apartment and very clean. Loved the old Italian vibe. Would stay here again. Recommended the antipasto restaurant across the street but didn't get to try. Comms with Giuseppe very good.

The apartment hadn't been cleaned when we arrived, so we needed to wait while that was being done.
