Only booked for 1 night, wasn’t expecting such a big apartment! Great location. Beautiful floors! We arrived late and were able to check in by collecting keys from a lock box down the road.

Was noisy on the street outside, bring earplugs!

I'm confused about this place. You have a big apartment of your own, but I felt unsafe because there is an unlocked door opening to the terrace in the kitchen area. We didn't have any problems, but I was restless at night. The building is architecturally beautiful, but I wish the furnishings could be refurbished a bit (beds, curtains, room locks, door windows, bathroom). The sheets and the room in general were clean. We never met the host, we just texted. We got the key from a lock box up ahead and it was fine.

The place was not cleaned well. I requested a paid parking spot in advance which was not arranged. Breakfast was poor.

Spacious, would definitely suit a bigger party than 2. Location was perfect! Espresso machine with coffee provided.

Just needed a bit of maintenance, attention to detail, a few things need fixing. It could be an amazing place to stay.

The location is great, close by the airport and right in the historic center of town. The apartment is very spacious.

This is a AirB&B. Communication with the owner. although we stated a time of arrival the owner of the apartment wasn´t there and was not contactable. after a while we he opened the door for us but was very inpatient as he had to be elsewhere. we didn´t get a proper check in and needed to send a picture of our passports by WhatsApp. We were restricted in noise and were instructed several times to close the door as he already has enough problems with the neighbours. the floors were dirty and a heavy wardrobe door fell on my toddler due to lack of maintenance. We booked a 2 bedroom apartment but to reach one bedroom, you have to walk through the first one. This is very inconvenient and had we known before, we would not have booked this place. the luxurious breakfast, as it was advertised on Booking.com consisted of some dry crackers, jam, Nutella and some pre packed croissants from a supermarket. there was no milk or juice to drink. To no surprise this ´breakfast´ was below any expectations. As it was national holiday the price was very inflated but even the normal price if not worth going here. It was my worst stay I booked through booking.com.

good location, lots of space

unclean - leftover rubbish, unmade bed, sheets did not fit the mattress. Had to wait 15 minutes to get into the apartment and then needed to get the cleaner to come when we checked in. shower was dirty and kettle didn’t work properly.

the property is in a great location, the gentleman who answers the phone speaks very good English and is very helpful. The lady who does check in is very happy, enthusiastic and smiley. The balconies are beautiful and there’s 4! The place is very spacious & very beautifully authentic to Italy. Short walk to the train station, short walk to the harbour. Most of the property was very clean.

It was very noisy at night you could hear everything outside so made it difficult to sleep, I had some sound cancelling earphones so used them to get a good nights sleep. The back door doesn’t lock (where the cleaning stuff is) but we assumed that it is safe to be like this and it didn’t make us feel uncomfortable. My bed linen was dirty (make up marks on my pillow) some hairs on bedding. The shower did not appear very clean it had black mould on the doors etc and was very difficult to open and close doors, it was also broke the shower head kept falling down so I had to crouch to shower but don’t let this put you off I’d stay there again, based on price it is amazing price wise

Tres bruillant en centre ville en plus les voisins de paliers, des locaux, claquaient les portes tard dans la nuit et dès 6h de matin. Des carreaux cassés et un lanque d'entretien Plus de gaz le deuxieme jour et pas de geste commercial de la part du gérant Tres déçus
