Hygiene and presentation is very poor. Smelly room (not aired), heavy smell of cigarette smoke, poor standard of presentation - the room looked and felt unclean. Did not expect to be in outer building, cold and noisy.

Location was good and the room was just about good enough for the ÂŁ75 we paid. Bed was quite comfortable. Receptionist was warm and friendly but was often not there.
Our room had a strong smell of cigarettes, it was as if someone had just smoked in there. I went down and asked the receptionist if we could change rooms as the smell was so strong it was giving me a headache and instead she just sprayed air freshener and opened the window. We were on a main road so the sound of cars did wake you up every now and then, and the mini fridge would make this sound every hour that also kept waking me up.
