Hôtel Résidence Monia COMPLETELY RENOVATED

L'hôtel est très bien situé, tout près de la Medina et de la mer. Il y a plusieurs restos et petits commerces aux alentours. L'établissement a réellement été rénové. Les chambres sont propres et confortables. Je n'ai rien à redire! Tout était bien!

Ce n'est pas notre premier séjour dans cet hôtel . La rénovation a modernisé les chambres (salle de bain à l'italienne,etc ...). Les personnes sont toujours aussi aimables et attentives . Toujours aussi bien situé, dans le centre dans une rue calme et proche de la mer ,un bon équilibre à Sousse. Notre séjour (4 jours)a été très agréable.

A good location a few minutes walk to the medina, but also the option of the town and walking to the beach. Lots of places to eat nearby. Fairly quite location as on pedestrian street. Nothing fancy but all the facilities needed for a pleasant stay. I'd be happy to stay again as it's a good value place. Friendly staff.

Das kleine Hotel ist perfekt für einen Aufenthalt in Sousse. Die Zimmer sind einfach, aber sehr sauber und frisch renoviert. Rezeption ist etwas veraltet, aber die Zimmer haben dann positiv überrascht. Wir haben sogar noch verlängert, weil Preis-Leistung super war. Parkplatz war immer in der Nähe zu finden.Medina,Strand und Cafés sind in der Nähe.

It is just beside the train station. Around the corner there is café and restaurants. The room was tidy and clean. The location is slightly noisy in the evening but quieten down at night.

Cleaner than we expected. It's really renovated. Staff is very nice and kind. Location close to medina and some nice restaurants

Open shower is something I'm not so keen on. And it's not so easy to find a parking spot in the neighbourhood.

The location was superb, 1-2 min walk from the train station and 5 min walk to Sousse's medina. The room was comfortable and renovated, the radiators were working (it was surprisingly cold and rainy outside). I think you can't ask for more for a 2 star hotel. Someone from the hotel contacted me via Whatsapp asking if everything was fine. I appreciated that they take care of their customers.

There is no elevator. The bathroom is "Asian style" (shower integrated in the bathroom). Everything in the toilet was fine and the facilites were renovated but I personally don't like this setting.

Very good location, friendly staff

At check-in (around 7 p.m.) I was told that hit water will be available only for one more hour. There is a window in the bathroom and you can actually see through it the bathroom of the adjacent room (you can see your neighbor showering and the other way round) - depending on the height you see the head or more.
