"Helpful host, well appointed newly finished property with tons of space, neighbors dogs are a nuisan"

Super clean, lots of space, everything is new, great price.

Neighborhood is sketchy. Pit bulls chained in neighbors yard barking all night long. Landscaping is ugly and poorly done.
