Staff courtesy always smiling and non-intrusive. Room were spacious and clean

Quality of food was a shade above average. The Thali if not called Gujarati could be called decent. Bit more creativity required in breakfast. Pre-made Bread Butter could be avoided. Investing into a toaster like the one’s in hotels might help. Can think of doing away with Alacarte menu as many options aren’t available and some that could be served are not on the menu. Include authetic local Mewari or Rajasthani dishes in every meal … Will create an edge

The Hotel is situated in a very narrow lane full of filth. There Is No space for Car parking and you have to step down from your vehicle and walk for 10 minutes through filthy lane to reach the Hotel. The Hotel is situated in an old building seems to be renovated and not worth to classify & rate the Hotel as 4 star.
