IVY Hotel

It's clean.

It was really cold (not more that 18-19 degrees C, although the heating seems to be functional). Do something with the heating during the winter time.

the bathroom was clean i cant deny it and good

the heater wasnt working and we freezed and they had to give us a small heater that made us sick i saw the small heater during the checking and i asked if there was any problem and he said no, once in the room we faced the problem and for 2 nights stay we couldn't get a heat in the room and it wasnt comfortable to sleep. and they dont speak english :)

The room is really confortable

Good location for business in the area with access to bus station. Easy access to restaurants and shopping possibilities. Clean.

Asked twice for the invoices, still did't receive them. Please improve.

First the room I booked is not the one I get , you can hear the sound from other rooms

Noisy guests, NOT the fault of Hotel Ivy

It was easy to find. With a parkinglot in Front. A big room and very clean.The hotel is not in the City and it was very quite.

The Rezeption did not speek german or english. But everything Was perpard.
